1) How to book
The easiest way to book your airport transfer is via the secure booking form. We will ask you for details regarding arrival/pick up times, destination address, passenger contact information and luggage amount. After we receive your booking request, and alter making the appropriate arrangements, you´ll receive an email confirming your booking.
It is essentials that you take your booking confirmation with you on your transfer.
2) Meeting point at the airport
The exact meeting point information is going to be included in your reservation confirmation email. Our representative will be waiting at the Arrival Hall near the exit gate, holding a sign showing your name and passengers are taken directly to the vehicle and transferred directly to the accommodation.
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours prior to the day of the transfer.
If you have already paid for your transfer by credit card/debit card, the payment is non refundable, however you will be entitled to a credit note for 100% of the amount to use against a future transfer.
24 to 48 hours prior to the transfer date, you will be entitled to a credit note to the value of 50% of the full value to use against a future transfer.
Less than 24 hours, there will be no refund or compensation.
4) Delayed flights
TBT track all flights live online and regularly. In case that your flight is delayed, we will just adjust the pick up time.
5) Payment methods
There are three types of payment methods: 1) Cash on arrival. 2) Bank transfer. 3) By credit card via the. Secure and safe payment of PAYPAL.
6) Passengers with reduced mobility
If you are a reduced mobility person, please le tus know, to provide you a ramp access transportation. Please inform us if you are bringing a wheel chair, electric scooter or electric chairs, etc.
7) Travelling with children
Child and baby seats are available on request.
We supply child seats and child boosters free of charge. Please specify how many child and or baby seats you require.
8) Excess baggage
Your luggage entitlement is 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage per person. Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to travel with excess baggage. Additional luggage will be charged.
